I truly enjoyed this place, everything was perfect. I stayed 2 nights and did not want to leave.

We had a very special stay here for holiday, thank you. Without doubt the location was great and incredible on seafront. And it was right by beach, tourist attractions, pubs and restaurants. The host met us and explained everything. There where a drier, free toiletries, and dressing gowns in our bathroom.

Totally content. It exceeded high expectations.

Would recommend staying here. Characterful base for exploring Brighton. Nice to have a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels available. Garden view from the windows. Nice welcome from host. Good, beautiful location very close to the pier.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved staying at this beautiful basement apartment. The modern design and spaciousness were impressive. The massive and comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep. The free parking was definitely a big bonus. The fridge was stocked with a variety of soft drinks, beer, wine, jams, peanut butter, and Nutella. The pantry was well stocked with tea and coffee, which was a thoughtful touch. The hosts, Phil and Kay, were great and made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend this apartment to friends and family.

The apartment with a terrace and city views is absolutely stunning! The bedroom is cozy and the living room is perfect for relaxing. I loved having an equipped kitchen with a fridge and an oven, it made it easy to cook my own meals. The flat-screen TV was a great addition for some evening entertainment. The bed linen in the apartment was clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The availability of towels in the bathroom was a nice touch.

Personally, I found the bath or shower in the bathroom a bit cramped, but others may not have an issue with it.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely beach apartment. The host paid great attention to detail and provided a high-quality cot for our baby with all the bedding we needed. They even left milk, drinks, and fresh croissants in the fridge for us. The free parking space was a bonus. The apartment was stylish, clean, and had all the amenities we could ask for. We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant place to stay in Brighton.

This apartment is a stylish and spacious place situated in a great location close to the popular pier. the hosts have a great attention to detail and go out of their way to ensure guests' needs are met. They provide a cot and bedding for a baby, as well as complimentary milk, drinks, and fresh croissants. the apartment also offers free parking, making it convenient with cars.

Some guests mentioned that they had difficulty finding the bin, but this was easily resolved as the hosts provided black bin bags as an alternative solution.
